Mika's 1st Outing!
Mika's 6 months now and she's getting more sociable as compared to when she 1st came home with me about a month ago. So, I decided to take a leap of faith and brought her to the Botanic Gardens for a walk/run. Didn't know how she would react in the car as it would be her 1st outing and sitting in the car without her doggie cage!
She looks like she's wearing a seat belt doesn't she? (oops! I hope no TP will stop me to fine this passenger who's not wearing a seat belt!!!)
Couldn't get a good picture of her running around Botanic Gardens cos she can't stay still and runs really fast! Like a mini torpedo darting around. And her natural hunting instincts kicked in when she saw birds there. She stalked, she aimed and she pranced towards them! At such vast speeds! I was really tired out by her sprints!
After her morning in the gardens, she was soooo tired that she came home and slept like a puppy....

Hey Hanz! Yea, she's super duper cute! Very quiet and playful! She gets lotsa cuddles from me everyday! yea it'll be great if she can meet Hazel! :)
ya I know! She has a lot of different facial expressions! Sad face, sleepy face, playful, etc etc. It makes it soooo difficult to scold her cos she looks at U with this pathetic look that melts your heart! She enjoys the car rides, but still can get a little nervous at times!
Hi Joan, I've not caught The Kallang Roar in the cinemas yet unfortunately. Sound like a funny movie! Is it enjoyable?
Hi Jessica, Mika is soooooooooooooo cute!!! Her eyes are just so expressive. Am sure she is on her way to being spoilt rotten by you and your loved ones.
I have a dog too...a miniature pinscher and her name is sassy. she is just as cute and manja.

hi Alvin, yeah, I know what U mean by her expressive eyes! Can really tell her mood by looking at them! She can give U a "sian" look! Trying not to spoil her but it's soooo hard! I just keep on wanting to go to pet stores and buy stuff for her! Hee... I bet ur mini pinscher lives up to her name Sassy! They're a really hyper breed too if I'm not mistaken?

Yah....Sassy does live up to her name 100%. Does not know the meaning of sitting still. Only when she is lying next to my wife or my wife's lap then she is still. Or when everyone else in the house is settled down then she will go to her bed and zzzz.
Sassy is realy yappy as well....tho' she only yaps when we leave or return. Or when she wants attention.

Hi Alvin! I always believed that ur dog will live up to its name or have characteristics that is described by its name. Hopefully Mika wouldn't be too "meek" but her name actually means "lovely fragrance" in Japanese! And she doesn't smell even after a mth of not bathing. (I was told to only shower her once a mth as her natural waterproofing on her coat shouldn't be washed off too often!) Well at least Sassy will lie on ur wife's lap! Mika refuses to lie on my lap. She just lay beside me or hang around me wherever I am. show me pics of ur Sassy! & as 4 ur fitness start slow then slowly build up. That's what I did! Cheers!
My wife just bought Sassy a new bed and Sas is soooo happy with it......
Sassy will only sit with me when wifey is not around or when I sit on the big Papasan chair from Barang Barang.
